Diary Suite is going live - and because it brings together so many tools, I want the pilot team small enough that every useful observation can still reach the product.
Small only works when it creates better listening. Fifty people should feel like contributors with context, not fifty anonymous seats on a counter.
The structure is precise: 50 core-team seats, some reserved for super-core development, and 20 founder-selected places for people ready to use, test, challenge, and help define the Suite.
Diane and I will choose those 20 personally. We are looking for people who can help us scale the useful parts and question the parts that are not useful yet.
And everyone in the core team receives a custom emergency door sheet. An entry gift should do more than decorate a welcome message - it should be useful on day one.
The first 50 are the pilot core, not a velvet rope. Everyone else can join the waitlist or send a short message explaining why they want to help shape what comes next.
