Website data

Hosting providers may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Academy forms

The Academy certificate form may ask for first name, last name, email, role or interest, organization, course progress, notes, consent, and newsletter preference. Submission is optional.

Newsletter

Newsletter enrollment is opt-in. The newsletter form may store name, email, interest, role, organization, notes, consent, verification status, source, and basic request metadata in Cloudflare D1 or KV.

Compliance Notice

The Compliance Notice form may store the affected URL, category, jurisdiction, summary, details, optional contact fields, consent, review status, timestamp, user agent, referrer, and revision marker.

General communication

The contact form may store topic, urgency, jurisdiction, affected page URL, subject, message, optional contact fields, newsletter preference, consent, status, timestamp, user agent, referrer, and source page.

D1 data location

Public intake records use the Cloudflare Pages binding SCHMALLEGGER_DB connected to the D1 database schmallegger-public. The database was created with an EU data-location setting for public newsletter, Academy, communication, and Compliance Notice records.

Legal Notice

The Legal Notice / Impressum lane explains public responsibility, homebase context, and the owner-confirmed postal-address requirement.

Developer integrations

Future integrations may use Google, smart home, health, or other APIs only after explicit account authorization and only for the stated purpose of that integration.

Retention

Operational logs and form records are kept only as long as needed for security, diagnostics, legal obligations, product operation, certificate handling, compliance review, or requested follow-up.

Good-faith notices. If you see a privacy, accessibility, copyright, security, or compliance concern, use the Compliance Notice lane so it can be reviewed and corrected through the normal change process.
